Adding the Reject Proposal Task Step

If the approver rejects the proposal during the Final Review step, this step changes the status of the proposal to Rejected and notifies the proposal creator.
To add the Reject Proposal task step:
- In the Workflow Design toolbar, select the Add a task step and drag it onto the workflow design canvas.
- Position the new step to the right of the End step icon and below the Final Review step icon.
- In the Step area, in the Name field, enter Reject Proposal.
- In the Description field, enter This proposal has been rejected.
- In the Step area, select Add , and then select Update Field Task.
- In the Update Field Task Details dialog box, in the Name field, enter Reject Proposal.
- In the Description field, enter This proposal has been rejected.
- Select OK.
- In the Step area, select Add , and then select Form Task.
- In the Form Task Details dialog box, in the Name field, enter Notification - Proposal Rejected.
- In the Instructions text area, enter Notification to inform the proposal owner that it has been rejected.
- Select OK.
- In the Reject Proposal task step icon, select Draw connector line.
- Select the End step icon.
- Select Save.
