Set the Workflow as the Default Project Proposal Workflow

After you have created the workflow and all required forms, you have to tell Primavera Cloud to use this workflow whenever a user proposes a new project. This is a workspace-level setting.

To set the workflow as the default project proposal workflow:

  1. In the object selector, select the workspace where you made the workflow.
  2. From the Main Menue, select Summary & Settings.
  3. On the Summary & Settings page, select Defaults & Options, and then select Project.
  4. Select the Workflow Actions tab.
  5. In the Add Project Proposal Row, in the Workflow field, select Approve Project Proposal.
  6. Select Save.
