Workflow Configuration

Once you have at least one workflow design, you can create workflow configurations. Use workflow configurations to specify the detailed settings that make workflow designs work.

A workflow design can be associated with multiple configurations, but a workflow configuration can only be associated with one design.

On the Workflow Configuration page, some rows may show the  Refresh Workflow Design icon. This icon indicates that the workflow design associated with the configuration has been updated. Select it to see what has been changed and to accept or reject the changes on the View Updates page. If you plan to import or export Primavera Cloud data, you should first resolve all configurations associated with updated designs.
