Adding the Workflow Design and Setting its General Properties

To add the Project Proposal Approval Workflow design and set its general properties:
- In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
- From the Main Menu, select Workflows and Forms, and then select Workflow Design.
- On the Workflow Design page, select Add.
- In the Workflow area, in the Name field, enter Project Proposal Approval.
- In the Description field, enter Approval process for project proposals.
- Select Save.
