Adding the Proposal Approval Notification Form

To add the Proposal Approval Notification form:

  1. In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Workflows and Forms, and then select Form Design.
  3. On the Form Design page, select Add.
  4. In the Properties: Form area, in the Name field, enter Proposal Approval Notification.
  5. In the Description field, enter Notification that the proposal has been approved.
  6. In the Context Type list, select Project.
  7. Select Yes in the confirmation dialog box.
  8. Under Form Fields, deselect Editable data.
  9. Select Save.
