Configure Idea Workflow Settings

Configure idea settings to use the workflow you designed. Using the workflow actions tab, you can specify an idea's related action, such as idea submission, on which to initiate the workflow. In this case, initiating your workflow will start the process of creating a project proposal based on idea data.

  1. In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Summary & Settings.
  3. On the Summary & Settings page, select Defaults & Options, and then select Idea.
  4. Select the Workflow Actions tab.
  5. In the Submit action row, in the Workflow column, select Proposal Creation Configuration.
  6. Select Save.
