Security Permissions for Ideas

The following security permissions provide users the ability to configure ideas in a workspace and enable access to the objects and functionality within Ideas. Create a workspace permission set to enable access to relevant workspace-level data, including dictionaries and object defaults that let you add, evaluate, and categorize the idea, as well as determine the idea workflow for a workspace. Note that only workspace administrators can add field mappings. Create a file permission set to enable users to add, edit, and download files and folders in the Files app of an idea. Create an idea permission set to enable users to view, edit, and progress an idea through an idea workflow.

To set up and use Ideas, users should have the following permissions:
