Add a Line Item to a Contract
Line items represent the work involved in a contract. A line item can represent labor, materials, or anything else that should be listed individually in a contract.
You can add line items to any contract that does not have a Status of Approved or Pending.
To add a line item to a contract:
- In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
- From the Main Menu, select Contracts and Commitments, and then select Contracts.
- In the table, select the contract to which you want to add the line item.
- On the Contract Details page, select the Line Items tab.
- In the table, select Add.
- In the new line item row, enter information about the line item.
- Select Save.
