Run a Global or Project Business Flow from a Workspace
Run a global or project business flow directly from a workspace to synchronize global or project data between Primavera Cloud and other applications. You can synchronize the project data for a new project or an existing project in the workspace. You can select a variety of filters to synchronize data for a new project without creating the project in the workspace.
To run a global or project business flow from a workspace:
- In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
- From the Main Menu, select Integration, and then select Synchronize.
- On the business flow row, select the Context menu, and then select Run.
For workspace-level business flows, you will receive a notification when the synchronization job starts and another notification when the job completes.
- For project-level business flows, in the dialog box, select one or more projects that you want to synchronize.
- In the Filter Type list, select the method for identifying projects.
- Project Ids or Project Code: Select if you want to run a business flow for one or more specific projects.
- EPS Ids: Select if you want to run a business flow for all projects associated with an EPS.
- Filter Value: Enter the values for your selection in the previous step. You can enter more than one comma-separated values if you want to run the business flow for more than one project.
Note: A project does not need to currently exist in Primavera Cloud before synchronizing. A project will be created during the synchronization process.
- In the Filter Type list, select the method for identifying projects.
- Select Add.
- Select Run.
Notes:
- You will receive a notification when the synchronization job starts and another notification when the job completes.
- Select Cancel if you want to run the business flow later. Your selected filter types and filter values will not be deleted if you choose to cancel.
