Run a Project Business Flow from a Project

Run a project business flow from a project to synchronize data between Primavera Cloud and external applications.

Note: After importing P6 project data into Primavera Cloud, you must reschedule the project and recalculate costs before making any project updates.

To run a project business flow from a project:

1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Integration, and then select Synchronize.
3. Select a business flow row, select the  Context menu, and then select Run.

   Note: You will receive a notification when the synchronization job starts and another notification when the job completes. You can view the list of running and completed synchronization jobs on the Monitor page of the Integration app.

Tips

• Select a business flow name to view the objects and fields that will be synchronized when you run the business flow.

  Note: Viewing synchronized objects and fields associated with a business flow is not supported for Gateway connections. To view Gateway business flow details, access the business flow definitions in Gateway.

• Select  Refresh to view the current list of synchronizations available for the project.
• Select  Search to search for a synchronization.
