Add Hours to an Activity on a Timesheet
Timesheet users can log hours against activities for a project on their timesheets on the Timesheet Details page. You can log hours against any activity from a project that you have access to even if you are not assigned as a resource to that activity.
To log hours against an activity on a project:
- In the header, select your username.
- On the User menu, select Timesheets.
- On the Timesheets page, select My Timesheets from the View menu on the toolbar.
- On the Timesheets page, select a timesheet from the Name column.
- On the Timesheet Details page, select a project, select the Context menu, and then select Add Hours.
- In the new row, select an activity.
- (Optional) Add a Project Supervisor if a default supervisor has not been added for the project.
- (Optional) In the Hour Type column, select the type of hours for which you are logging time, such as overtime or holiday time.
- Enter hours for each day in the time period.
- Select Save.
