Search the Hand-offs Page

The search function on the Hand-offs page enables you to search for specific tasks, activities, codes, companies, or WBS in the diagram. Search results are displayed below the search field.

To use the search function on the Hand-offs page:

1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Tasks, and then select Hand-offs.
3. In the Search field on the toolbar, enter a search term. Results matching the string will appear automatically.

   Note: Plan by settings impact the search results that display:

   • When Plan by is set to None, only tasks display.
   • When Plan by is set to Activity, both activities and tasks display.
   • When Plan by is set to Company, both company and tasks display.
4. Select a search result to indicate that item in the diagram.
