Constraints

The Constraints page functions as a log for the issues, materials, and deliverables in your project that may prevent you from beginning work on a task. Assign each task constraint to the company and user responsible for addressing it. Provide separate dates for when the constraint is estimated to be resolved, when the constraint needs to be resolved, and when the constraint is actually resolved. For each constraint, you can enter a detailed description, upload or link related files, associate it with one or more existing tasks, and link it to document packages in Aconex.

By default, this page displays a planning period of six weeks (one week before the current week, the current week, and four weeks after the current week). Constraints outside the planning period may not be visible. You can edit the current planning period settings by selecting the Planning Period icon on the page toolbar.
