View the Activities Grid

The Grid view on the Activities page provides the largest possible view of the Activities table. Use the Grid view to display a large number of columns of activities data. Save multiple views of column, grouping, and filtering configurations depending on your needs. For example, you might want separate views to focus on activity scheduling, resource assignments, configured fields, or associated tasks.

To view the Activities grid:

1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Schedule, and then select Activities.
3. On the Layout  menu, select the  Grid icon.

Tips

• The view option you select on the Layout  menu can be saved as part of a view.
• Expand All/Collapse All row settings can be saved to a view; however, individual Expand/Collapse row settings can only be maintained in the active view. If you switch views after expanding/collapsing hierarchical data in individual rows, you will need to readjust when you return to that view.
• When activity date indicators are enabled, the Activities Grid displays indicators for the Start and Finish dates of activities that have actual dates or assigned constraints. When the As Late As Possible constraint is selected, the constraint indicator is not displayed. See Configure Activity Date Indicators to enable indicators.
