Global Admin Overview
Oracle Primavera Cloud provides your organization with the ability to customize your application to best suit your business needs through the Global Admin settings.
Application administrators can use the app to manage licenses, settings, integration, privacy, users, and security.
Access the following pages in the Global Admin settings:
- License Usage: View how many licenses your organization purchased and how many are assigned.
- User Usage: View how much a user is using Oracle Primavera Cloud and when they last logged in to the application.
- Application Settings: Define a series of application-wide parameters and values that apply globally for your organization.
- Privacy: Configure the consent notices of personal information (PI) in your instance of Oracle Primavera Cloud.
- Integrations: Configure integration parameters between Oracle Primavera Cloud and P6 EPPM, Primavera Gateway, or Microsoft Project.
- Companies: Add companies and offices to your Primavera Cloud environment.
- Users: Add, edit, and manage all users in the application. Assign the application administrator or restricted user roles to users to provide the level of access they need to perform their work.
- User Groups: Create user groups in workspaces and projects at all levels of the workspace hierarchy.
- Permission Sets: Create global permission sets for users in the application. Create workspace, project, portfolio, program, custom log, files, idea, and reports permission sets in all workspaces of the application.
