Configure the Approve Project Proposal Workflow Action

Assigning the Project Proposal Workflow for a Workspace Video

The Approve Project Proposal workflow action setting is used to specify which workflow to use when creating a project proposal. A project proposal can be created from the context of a project or from an approved idea.

To set the project proposal workflow:

1. Navigate to the Project configuration page
   1. In the object selector, select  Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
   2. From the  Main Menu, select  Summary & Settings.
   3. On the Summary & Settings page, select Defaults & Options, and then select Project.
2. Select the Workflow Actions tab.
3. In the Approve Project Proposal row, in the Workflow field, select the workflow that you want to use.
4. Select Save.
5. In the Confirm dialog box, choose whether to enable Inherit Workflow Mapping.

   If you select Yes, all workspaces and projects within the workspace will be assigned this workflow too.
