Configure Routers and Owners for Ideas
Routers and owners are responsible for evaluating ideas and progressing them through your organization's idea workflow by assigning owners, accepting, and rejecting submitted ideas. You must assign users as idea routers and owners at the workspace level. The assigned users are responsible for processing and managing all of the ideas created in that workspace.
To set routers and owners for ideas.
- In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
- From the Main Menu, select Summary & Settings.
- On the Summary & Settings page, select Defaults & Options, and then select Idea.
- On the Defaults tab, in the Routing section, select the Routers and Owners fields to set users or user groups as the routers and owners for ideas in this workspace.
- Select Save.
