Assign a Code to an Idea

Assign codes to ideas to organize and categorize them based on shared characteristics.

To assign a code to an idea:

1. In the object selector, select  Idea, and then select View Ideas List.
2. In the table, select an idea name.
3. From the  Main Menu, select  Summary & Settings.
4. On the Summary & Settings page, select Defaults & Options, and then select Idea.
5. From the Idea Summary & Settings panel, select Codes.
6. Select Assign.
7. In the Assign Code dialog box, select an available code.
8. Select Assign.
9. Select Save.
