Monitor Workflows Overview

If you are assigned to a workflow as its manager, you can view its running instances on the Monitor Workflows page. To view all running workflows, you must have the global privilege to Administer Workflow Instances.

Use the Monitor Workflows page to:

• View the names and details of running workflow instances.
• Stop running workflow instances, if necessary.
• View workflow logs.
• Archive or delete completed, stopped, or failed workflow instances.
• View workflow diagrams associated with running workflows.
