View a Notebook Topic

View notebook topics and notes for more information on an object. Notebook topics are supported for activities, WBSs, and projects.

To view notebook topic notes:

1. Navigate to the page:
   • Navigate to the Activities page
     1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project or  Program, and then select a project or a program from the list.
     2. From the  Main Menu, select  Schedule, and then select Activities.
   • Navigate to the WBS page
     1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
     2. From the  Main Menu, select  Schedule or  Scope, and then select WBS.
   • Navigate to the Projects page
     1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project.
     2. Select View Projects List.
2. Ensure the Notebook Topics column is displayed on the page.
   • In  Settings, Notebook Topics is located under General in the Columns tab. For more information, see the Configure a Column topic.
3. In the Notebook Topics field, select Notebook Topic .
4. In the Notebook Topics panel, view the notebook topic details, including notebook topics assigned to the object, who added the topic, when the topic was last modified, notes, and any attachments.

Tips

• On the Activities page, view notebook topics in the Gantt chart using the Notebook Topics bar label. See Configure Gantt Bars for more information.
