Assign a Notebook Topic
Assign a notebook topic to an object to provide additional information. More than one notebook topic can be assigned to an object. A single notebook topic can be assigned to multiple objects, but those objects do not share notebook topic notes; the notes of the notebook topic are specifically for that object. Notebook topics are supported for activities, WBSs, and projects.
In order to be assigned, the notebook topic must already exist for the workspace. See Add a Notebook Topic for more information.
You must have the Edit privilege assigned for the object to assign the existing notebook topics to that object.
