Set an Idea as Draft
Setting an idea as draft allows you to restart the idea workflow from the draft state. Users might want to set an idea as draft when they want to update idea information or progress the idea through a custom workflow again.
An idea can be set as draft whenever there are no custom workflows running. An idea can be set as draft at any point during the default workflow. Set as Draft is an option in custom workflows only when the workflow is completed or stopped.
To set an idea as draft:
- In the object selector, select Idea, and then select View Ideas List.
