Create commitments that represent agreements between your company and subcontractors.

To create a commitment:

1. Add a Commitment
2. Add a Line Item to a Commitment
3. Define the Schedule of Values for the Commitment
4. Add a File to a Commitment
5. Submit a Commitment for Approval
