Prioritization Matrix

Use the Prioritization Matrix to view and update evaluations scores for all projects and programs within the portfolio. Use the evaluation scores to prioritize and select the right projects or programs for your organization to pursue based on quantitative data. Before you can view your portfolio's prioritization matrix, you must create evaluation categories and rank your projects or programs against them.
