Project Activity Prerequisites

Project activities are not always visible to their performers or owners on the My Activities page. Before an activity owner or assignment performer can view or update an activity on the My Activities page, these conditions must be satisfied:

• The project to which the activity belongs must be set to Active. See Change the Status of a Project.
• For activity owners, Activity Owners or Both must be selected on the My Activities tab of the project Settings page, under Team members are assigned to activities as. See Configure My Activities Settings for a Project.
• For resource assignments, Resource Assignments or Both must be selected on the My Activities tab of the project Settings page, under Team members are assigned to activities as. See Configure My Activities Settings for a Project.
• For resource assignments, resources must be associated with the appropriate Primavera Cloud users. See Associate a User with a Project Resource.
