Use the My Activities pages to manage and update your activities.

In order for activities to appear as they should for resources and assignments, you must first set the default My Activities settings.

Activities and Assignments

In Primavera Cloud, projects are divided into activities. The work for activities can be distributed among resource assignments. Your manager can assign you to manage both activities and the resource assignments within activities.

As the owner of an activity, you can view and update information about it. This may include information about resource assignments within the activity. As the performer of a resource assignment, you can view and update information about that resource assignment.

For simplicity, the activities and resource assignments that appear in the My Activities pages are both just called activities.

Some activities allow you to provide incremental status updates. Others can only be marked complete. Activities that can only be marked complete are called milestones.

The My Activities Page

After your manager assigns you activities, you can use the My Activities page to:

• View your activities.
• Filter your activity list by project, WBS, status, and time frame.
• Search for your activities by ID, name, and project name.
• Start, complete, and update the progress of your activities.
• Flag activities to signify their importance to you.
• View activities that are related to your activities and contact resources associated with them.
• Print the grid view as a PDF.

The My Activities page has two views: the Grid view and the List view. The Grid view lists all of your activities on one grid, where you can choose which columns are shown, arrange them however you like, and sort your activities by any visible column. The List view is less customizable, but it provides visual indicators and enables you to quickly start and finish activities. The Grid or List view can display visual indicators for activities with an actual start, actual finish date, or an assigned constraint.
