Validating and Publishing the Proposal Initiation Form

Just as you should validate workflow designs, you should also validate forms to make sure they run properly.

To validate and publish the Proposal Initiation Form:

1. In the Form Editor, select Validate.

   The Validation Errors and Warnings dialog box should not show any errors. It may show some warnings, but these aren't critical.

2. In the Validation Errors and Warnings dialog box, select Close.
3. Select Publish.
4. Select Yes in the confirmation dialog box.
