Collaborate on an Approved Budget Plan from the Scorecard Page

When a portfolio budget plan is in execution, questions may arise about the performance of the plan. Collaborate with stakeholders when monitoring the performance of approved budget plans.

To collaborate on an approved budget plan:

1. In the object selector, select  Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
2. Select a portfolio name.
3. From the  Main Menu, select郞 Portfolio Analysis, and then select Scorecard.
4. Select the desired portfolio to view data in the detail window.
5. Select the Project tab in the detail window.
6. In the Show list, select Budget Approved to review only the projects in the approved budget plan.
   • Select  Discuss to open the Discussion panel.

     Note: If no comments have been posted to the Discussion panel, the Discuss icon is empty.

   To post a new comment:

   • In the Post a comment field, enter a comment, and select Post.

   To reply to a comment:

   • Select Comment.
   • In the Post a reply field, enter a reply, and select Reply.

Tips

• You cannot edit or delete a posted comment.
• Discussion comments can also be made on the Spending page.
• On the Projects tab, select  Refresh to update the portfolio filter to ensure all projects are included in the Scorecard.
