Add a Budget Plan Scenario on the Selection Analysis Page

Create budget plan scenarios to determine the best group of projects to be included in the budget plan. One or more scenarios can be created to model the plan using different sets of criteria, enabling you to make more informed decisions when selecting projects for the plan.

Scenarios added to the Selection Analysis page will also appear on the Budget Planning page.

To add a scenario on the Selection Analysis page:

  1. In the object selector, select Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
  2. Select a portfolio name.
  3. From the Main Menu, select Cost and Funds, and then select Published Views.
  4. In the table, select the name of the analysis view to open it on the Selection Analysis page.
  5. Select Add Scenario.
  6. In the Add Scenario dialog box, enter a name for the scenario, and select Save.
