Monitor a Portfolio Budget Plan Scenario Review

Monitor review comments during the budget plan scenario review process using the Budget Planning page or a Selection Analysis view. Review comments are captured in the Discussion panel that belongs to each scenario.

To monitor a budget plan scenario review:

  1. In the object selector, select Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
  2. Select a portfolio name.
  3. From the Main Menu, select Cost and Funds, and then select Budget Planning or Published Views.
  4. Select an analysis view.
  5. Select the scenario.
  6. Select Discuss to open the Discussion panel.

    Note: If no comments have been posted to the Discussion panel, the Discuss icon is empty.

    To post a new comment:

    • In the Post a comment field, enter a comment, and select Post.

    To reply to a comment:

    • Select Comment.
    • In the Post a reply field, enter a reply, and select Reply.
