User Menu Overview
The User menu provides access to many user-specific features. From the User menu, customize preferences, monitor workflows and background services, get a QR code to access mobile apps, and sign out.
Access the following items on the User menu:
- Preferences: Enables you to customize data display formats. The options you customize are exclusively yours. You can edit global preferences, including formats for time units, dates, and currencies. You can also change your avatar (profile picture).
- My Activities: Lists activities and resource assignments assigned to you.
- Timesheets: Timesheets enable users to enter hours worked against projects and activities. Use the Timesheets page to view a list of all timesheets that you or the resources assigned to a project for which you are a timesheet supervisor or approver own.
- Manage Services: Enables you to monitor the progress and completion of user-initiated processes in the application. These processes include the scheduler, leveler, risk analysis, project and scope assignment imports, and measure calculations.
- Monitor Workflows: Lists all running and archived workflows to which you are assigned as a workflow manager. If you have the global Administer Workflow Instances privilege, this page lists all running workflows. Here you can review, stop, archive, and delete workflows and view workflow logs.
- Get Primavera Cloud Mobile: Provides a QR code for quick setup for the mobile app.
- Site Map: Provides an alternate method to navigate Primavera Cloud instead of using the sidebar navigation. The site map also provides an overview of all pages in the application that you can access.
- Test Network Speed: Analyzes your network speed and latency to identify network impacts.
- Proxy Users: Enables you to view and manage proxy users.
- Sign Out: Signs you out of the application when you are done working in Primavera Cloud.
