Delete a Workflow Design

You can delete workflow designs that will no longer be used.

Note: You cannot recover a deleted workflow design. Deleting a workflow design permanently removes it from the database.

To delete a workflow design:

1. In the object selector, select Workspace, select View Workspaces List, and then select a workspace name.
2. From the Main Menu, select Workflows and Forms, and then select Workflow Design.
3. On the Workflow Design page, select the Context menu next to a workflow design name, and then select Delete.

Tips

• If you try to delete a workflow design that is associated with workflow configurations, and if those configurations are not running, then you will receive a confirmation prompt. If you confirm, then the associated configurations will also be deleted.
