Set a Program's Project List to Refresh Automatically

When the project list for your program is determined by filters, you can set the project list to automatically refresh to ensure that all relevant projects are being added to your program. You can choose to refresh the project list Daily, Weekly, Semi-monthly, or Monthly.

To refresh the project list in a program automatically:

1. In the object selector, select  Program, select View Programs List, and then select a program name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Summary & Settings.
3. On the Summary & Settings page, select Details.
4. In the Project List section, select  Settings.

   Note: This option is only visible in the Project List detail window if projects are added using filters.

5. In the Settings panel, on the Automatic Refresh tab, select Automatically Refresh Program to enable the setting.
6. In the Refresh Frequency field, select how often the program should refresh.
7. In the Settings panel, select Apply.
8. Select Save.
