Download an Import Template for Importing Rank Values

Download a Microsoft Excel template to use when importing project and program rank values. These values are imported to the Prioritization Matrix page at the portfolio level and are used to update project and program evaluation scores.

To download an import template for importing rank values:

1. In the object selector, select  Portfolio, and then select View Portfolios List.
2. Select a portfolio name.
3. From the  Main Menu, select郞 Portfolio Analysis, and then select Prioritization Matrix.
4. Select Actions , select Download Import Template, and then select one of the following:
   • Empty Template: Use this template to create data.
   • Template with Data: Use this template to update the data that exists in the table.

Tips

• The import template is downloaded as a Microsoft Excel file.
• The top two rows of the worksheet are required. Do not change the data in these rows.
• Review the Instructions worksheet on the first tab of the spreadsheet for helpful tips on populating the import template.
