Assign a User to a User Group at the Project Level

You can assign a user to a user group on the User Groups page in the Project Team app.

To assign a user to a user group:

  1. In the object selector, select Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
  2. From the Main Menu, select Project Team, and then select User Groups.
  3. On the User Groups page, select a user group row, and then select Assign.
  4. In the Assign Users dialog box, in the View By field, select All Companies, Project Companies, All Users, or Active Users.
  5. Select one or more users from the Available list, and then select Assign.
