Assign a Code to a Risk

Assign codes to risks to help track them based on attributes they share. When managing a large number of risks, you can use views to filter and group risks by code.

To assign a code to a risk:

1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project or  Program, and then select a project or a program from the list.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Risk, and then select Risk Register.
3. In the table, select the risk, and select the Codes detail window.
4. Select Assign.
5. In the Select Code dialog box, in the Available section, select codes and select Add from Available to add them to the Selected section.
6. Select Select.
7. Select Save.
