Accessing a Custom General Form

If you or a manager created a custom form and marked it Available on Forms List, then you can access it from the  Forms app when you open an idea, portfolio, program, or project.

To access a custom general form:

1. In the workspace where the form was created, open an idea, portfolio, program, or project.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Forms, and then select Forms List.

   This page lists all published forms that have been marked Available on Forms List in the workspace.

3. On the Forms List page, select a form to view it.

   The custom form is populated with information from the open object.
