Uncollect a Commitment Change Order from a Contract Change Order

Just as you can collect a commitment change order in a contract change order, you can uncollect a commitment change order from a contract change order. This removes the line items, schedule of values, and all references from the contract change order.

To uncollect a commitment change order from a contract change order:

1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Contracts and Commitments, and then select Change Orders.
3. On the Change Orders page, select a contract change order.

   You can only collect commitment change orders in a contract change order that has a status of Draft or Rejected.

4. On the Collected Change Orders tab, find the collected commitment change order that you want to uncollect.
5. By the change order row, select the  Context menu, and then select Uncollect.
