Assign a Strategy to a Single Project or Program

Projects or programs are typically aligned with strategies in the Strategy List at the workspace level. You can also assign strategies to individual projects or programs by linking the two objects at the project or program level.

To assign a strategy to a project or program:

1. In the object selector, select Project or Program, and then select a project or a program from the list.
2. From the Main Menu, select Strategic Alignment, and then select Strategy List.
3. Select Assign.
4. In the Link Strategies dialog box, select a strategy, and select OK.
5. In the Percentage Alignment column, enter the degree of alignment the project has to the strategy.
6. Select Save.
