Deactivate or Reactivate a Print Layout

You can deactivate print layout reports to make them inaccessible to other users. When a print layout is deactivated it cannot be run by anyone. This can be helpful in situations where you need to modify a print layout and you do not want other users running it until you have finished your changes.

Reactivating a report makes it available to be run by other users again.

To set a print layout as inactive or active:

1. In the object selector, select Workspace, Project, Portfolio, or Program, and then select an object name from the list.
2. From the Main Menu, select Reports, and then select Print Layouts.
3. On the Print Layouts page, in the table, select a report, select the Context menu, and then select Set to Inactive or Set to Active.
4. Select Save.
