Print a Print Layout

Print Layout reports are run directly from the page of the object to which they are assigned. At report runtime, you can choose any of the BI Publisher-based layouts associated with your default print layout.

The following objects support print layouts:

• Change Orders
• Commitments
• Contracts
• Payment Applications
• Submittals

To print a print layout:

1. Navigate to a page whose object supports print layouts.
2. In the table, select an object row, select the  Context menu, and then select Print.

   Note: The print option text depends on the page. For example, on the Contracts page, the option displays as Print Contract.

3. In the Print dialog box, select a BI Publisher Layout, select an Output Format, and then select Print.

   Note: If the output format is not set to HTML, you will be alerted that the report may not meet accessibility standards.

Tips

• You will receive a system notification when your report is generated.
