Download an Import Template for Importing Actuals

Download a Microsoft Excel template to use when importing actuals data.

To download an import template:

1. In the object selector, select ﱆ Project, select View Projects List, and then select a project name.
2. From the  Main Menu, select  Cost and Funds, and then select Actuals.
3. On the Actuals page, select Actions , and then select Download Import Template.

Tips

• The import template is downloaded as a Microsoft Excel file with the default file name, ActualsImportTemplate.
• The top two rows of the worksheet are required when importing data locations from a worksheet. Do not change the data in these rows.
• Review the Instructions worksheet on the first tab of the spreadsheet for helpful tips on populating the import template.
