Configuring the Final Review Step

The Final Review step includes one task: Final Review Decision. This task lets the proposal approver decide whether to reject or approve the high-risk (or undefined-risk) proposal. To help the approver make this decision, it also presents the Proposal Summary Form.

To configure the Final Review step:

1. In the element list, expand the Final Review step.
2. In the Final Review step, select the Final Review Decision task.
3. In the Options area, in the Form field, select  Select.
4. In the Select Form (Project) dialog box, select Proposal Summary Form.
5. Select Select.
6. In the Performers field, select  Select.
7. In the Create Performer List dialog box, in the Search field, enter your username.
8. In the Available area, select your username.
9. Select  Move Right.
10. Select Create.
11. Select Save.
