Update the Owning Workspace of a Dashboard

Update the owning workspace of a dashboard to move it to another workspace that you are assigned. If you move a dashboard to a workspace that is higher in the workspace hierarchy, it will be available to more workspaces.

To update the owning workspace of a dashboard:

1. In the object selector, select  Workspace, ﱆ Project,  Portfolio, or  Program, and then select an object name from the list.
2. From the  Main Menu, select 碌 Dashboards, and then select Manage Dashboards.
3. (Workspaces only) On the Manage Dashboards page, select the Workspace, Project, Program, or Portfolio tab.
4. In the table, select a dashboard row.
5. Select the  Context menu, and then select Change Owning Workspace.
6. In the Select Workspace dialog box, select the new owning workspace, and select Select.
7. Select Save.
